Executive Board

NCF Orlando's Executive Board is comprised of men and women who are committed to the goverance, advocacy and strategic direction of the organization.


 

 

Scott Boyd currently services as Board Chair for the National Christian Foundation Orlando. In 1991, Mr. Boyd formed Boyd Development Corporation where he has been active in the development of anchored retail shopping centers, net-lease real estate, mixed-use developments as well as land development projects. Currently, the firm is primarily focused on a 640-acre mixed-use development in southwest Orange County.  The project, Hamlin, will include 1,700+ residential units and over 1 million square feet of retail development.


Mr. Boyd has resided in Orlando, Florida since 1980 and has been married to Jennifer for 34 years. The Boyds have three adult children and are members of First Baptist Church of Orlando. In addition to NCF Orlando, Mr. Boyd serves as the board chair of the First Orlando Foundation & The First Academy (a K-12 college preparatory school).


 

  John Burden
John O. Burden, Sr., is the CEO and Co-Manager of BroadCrest Asset Management, LLC, a private investment partnership based in Orlando, Florida. Previous to his role with BroadCrest, John was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Old Florida Bankshares, Inc., a $1.6 billion multi-bank financial holding company in Orlando that was acquired by IBERIABANK Corporation in 2015. John attended Northwestern University where he graduated with a BA in Economics and played wide receiver for their football team. Mr. Burden and his wife, Kristen, have four children; they reside in Orlando where he enjoys reading and spending time outdoors with his family.
 

 

 Candice Blomeley currently serves as Treasurer on the board for National Christian Foundation Orlando.  For over 30 years, she has been a co-owner of JMHC, Inc., a site contracting company in Central Florida.  Candice is also the Founder and President of FINANCIAL Intelligence, Inc., an organization that empowers and financially equips people to understand and solve their personal budgeting issues.  She is a dynamic speaker and financial coach on the subjects of spending wisely and giving generously.  Mrs. Blomeley has taught audiences in hundreds at local workshops about what it takes to create and live within a Spending Plan.

 

 

  Casey DeLoach is Jennifer's husband, and Carter’s, Savannah’s, Gracynn’s, Ella Jane's, and Hudson’s dad.  He is a fourth generation Orlando native, a Yale University graduate, and a McKinsey & Co. alumni. Mr. DeLoach currently serves as VaxCare Corporation’s President.
 
Rick Fletcher
  Rick Fletcher is married to his high school sweetheart for 48 years. Rick enjoyed a 25-year law career followed by 13 years as a business owner. He has served the community as President of Downtown Development Board, Orlando Utilities Commission and the University Club. Mr. Fletcher has also served as Trustee of the Dr. Phillips Charities, Founder of First Life crisis pregnancy center, a Founding Director of Grace Medical Home, Director of Man in the Mirror Ministries, current Director of Mission Emmanuel, and  Chairman of the Trustees and teacher at First Baptist Orlando.
 
Todd Harper
  Todd Harper, is the founder of Generous Giving. Todd has been actively engaged in spreading the biblical message of generosity for 20 years. In his current role as president, Todd acts as a key spokesperson, relating with givers and implementing strategies for advancing the generosity message. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics and entrepreneurship from Baylor University and spent 11 years with Campus Crusade for Christ International (Cru), where he served in Russia, Yugoslavia, and in the United States. Prior to joining Generous Giving, Todd was a partner in an investment management firm, advising high net worth clients on growing and using wealth wisely. Todd's passion is to disciple others, and given his experience in ministry leadership, major donor development, and philanthropic advising, he is particularly suited to encourage Christians to excel in the grace of giving. He and his wife, Collynn, have five children and live in Orlando, Florida.
 

 

Duane Kuck currently serves as President and CEO of Regal Marine Industries, Inc. Regal is a family owned business founded in 1969 by Paul and Carol Kuck, and is a leading manufacturer of luxury performance sport boats, cruisers and yachts, ranging in size from 19’ to 52’.

As the oldest of three children, Duane quickly became involved in the business and worked after school and on Saturdays at the plant. He attended the University of Central Florida with a major in business and accounting. Duane became a Regal employee in 1973 at the age of 18 and worked his way up the ladder, learning every facet of the organization. In 1982, he took on the responsibilities of Vice President and later became Chief Operating Officer. In 1994 the torch was passed from father to son when Duane became President and CEO of Regal Marine Industries, Inc.

He has been a past member of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), the World Presidents’ Organization and served on the YPO Fellowship Forum Board. Alongside NCF's Executive Board, Duane currently serves on the board of directors for Man in the Mirror, the National Marine Manufacturers Association (NMMA), the Boat Manufacturers Division of the NMMA, and is a director and vice-chairman for the American Boatbuilders Association.

Duane is married to wife Cindy Leigh and is the father of 5 children, ranging in age from 8 to 20. He has strong Christian values, is an active member in his church and serves on the school board. In his leisure time, he enjoys boating, flying and playing basketball.
 

  Melissa Mikkelson
Melissa and her husband Mike founded Liberty Investment Properties in 1988. Melissa is a mother of 4 who works in many philanthropic areas.
 
Tim Seneff
  Timothy J. (Tim) Seneff currently serves as the President of the National Christian Foundation Orlando. Tim previously served as President of Orlando-based CNL Financial Group (CNL), a leading private investment management firm providing global real estate and alternative investments.

During Tim’s 15-year career at CNL, he worked to maximize the effectiveness of the company’s capital markets and real estate platforms, while most recently serving on the company’s Executive Committee and Operating Committee. Tim’s extensive experience working in strategic planning, sales management and philanthropy within a family business context will greatly aid his ability to serve Orlando area business owners to help simplify their giving and multiply their impact through innovative giving solutions.

Tim received his bachelor’s degree in history and social sciences from Wheaton College in Illinois. He has an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School at Rollins College, where he was recognized with the John C. Myers Leadership Award.

He currently serves on the boards of The Seneff Family Foundation, The CNL Charitable Foundation, The Rollins College Crummer Graduate School Center for Advanced Entrepreneurship, and the European-based Quo Vadis Institute.

Tim and his wife, Michelle, live in Orlando and have five children ranging from ages 4 to 14. He and his family have traveled extensively, living in both the U.K. and Australia.

 

  Randy Thrasher currently serves as Chief Marketing and Engagement Office or NCF National. Randy is responsible for marketing strategy, communications, and development of innovative giving solutions across our national network of local affiliates. He leads our growth initiatives to increase awareness and enhance the giving experience and value proposition for donors, ministries, and financial advisors. Previously, Randy was owner, Chairman & CEO of Leader Enterprises, a national full-service marketing firm. He also spent ten years as a consulting Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers in its Global Marketing & Media Communications practice. Randy has founded and partnered in successful start-ups, served on Boards, held interim executive positions, and consulted to non-profit and ministry organizations throughout the world. He also served six years as a War Games Strategy Specialist in the U.S. Army Reserves. He graduated from the School of Commerce and Business at The University of Alabama. Randy and his wife Pam have been married more than 42 years, live in Atlanta, and are blessed with three children, Todd, Chad, Kimberly, and six grandchildren.
